1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cleo Market's website (cleomarkets.com) or shop platform (shop.cleomarkets.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Cleo Market reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Cleo Market, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of Nigeria with a valid means of identification.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.
• Have a valid Nigerian bank account or debit card for payment processing.

3. Payment Plans & Obligations

By placing an order on Cleo Market, you enter into a payment agreement and agree to the following:

• You will make all payments on the schedule you selected (daily, weekly, monthly, or flexible).
• The total amount payable is the listed product price — no interest will be added.
• Your product will be delivered only after full payment is received.
• Failure to complete payments within a reasonable timeframe may result in cancellation of your order.
• Cleo Market reserves the right to withhold delivery pending payment completion.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

• If you request cancellation before completing 50% of your payment plan, a partial refund may be issued minus any processing or administrative fees.
• If cancellation is requested after 50% payment, the refund amount will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Cleo Market does not offer refunds for change of mind after delivery of the product.
• Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be processed within 7–14 business days upon verification.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false information during registration or checkout.
• Use our platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent our payment systems or processes.
• Share your account credentials with any third party.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Cleo Market staff or other users.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Product Availability

All products listed on Cleo Market are subject to availability. Cleo Market reserves the right to cancel orders for products that become unavailable after order placement. In such cases, all payments made will be fully refunded.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cleo Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the specific order in dispute.

8. Third-Party Services

Cleo Market uses Paystack for payment processing. By making payments on our platform, you also agree to Paystack's terms and conditions. Cleo Market is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processors.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
