How Delivery Works
At Cleo Market, delivery is designed to be safe and transparent for both buyers and sellers. Your product will only be dispatched and delivered after you have completed all installment payments.
Products are only shipped after full payment is completed. This protects both you and Cleo Market throughout the transaction.
Delivery Timeframe
Once your final payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched within the following timelines:
Delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak periods. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Delivery Fee
We believe in full transparency. Here's how delivery fees work:
- The delivery fee is NOT charged upfront — you only pay when your item is ready for shipping.
- The delivery fee will be clearly communicated to you before dispatch.
- Fees vary based on your location and the size/weight of the product.
- You will confirm the delivery fee before your item is shipped.
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to major cities and towns across Nigeria including:
- Lagos (Island, Mainland, Lekki, Ikeja, and surrounding areas)
- Abuja (FCT and environs)
- Port Harcourt and Rivers State
- Ibadan, Ogun, and Oyo State
- Kano, Kaduna, and Northern Nigeria
- Enugu, Anambra, and South-East Nigeria

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via SMS and/or email with tracking details. You can also contact our support team at any time to get an update on your delivery status.
Failed or Missed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is made and you are not available:
- Our delivery agent will attempt to reach you by phone.
- A second delivery attempt will be scheduled at no extra cost.
- If two consecutive attempts fail, your order will be held at our nearest dispatch hub for 5 business days.
- After 5 days, a re-delivery fee may apply to resend the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please:
- Take clear photos/videos of the item immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cleomarket.com.
- We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
